According to the report, Goode got into an argument with his girlfriend that turned into a “pushing match.” Goode claimed the girlfriend came at him with a knife, but no evidence of that was found, the story read.

Injuries kept Goode from playing in all but four games this season at the Division II school. He’s rushed for 198 yards on 41 carries with his best game coming in a loss to Delta State with 17 carries and 92 yards.

Goode transferred to the Florence school for his final season after remaining buried on the Alabama depth chart. In his three seasons, he ran 59 times for 272 yards.
