All of the recruiting services have reported 4-star defensive lineman Korren Kirven made the first surprise of the day for Alabama.
He chose the Tide over Tennessee and Virginia Tech just after 7 a.m. CST.
We’ll see what that means for the numbers since Alabama already had 27 players committed before the sun rose.
