Yes, that’s the sister of Auburn football player Philip Lutzenkirchen.
The Twitter account of Alabama soccer coach Todd Bramble confirmed that fact yesterday
“And yes – for all those wondering, Abby Lutzenkirchen is HIS sister. And I think she’s even better at Futbol than he is at Football.”
Abby Lutzenkirchen, it turns out, is quite a pickup for the Tide regardless of family ties. She is the 25th-ranked recruit in the nation, according to TopDrawerSoccer.com. Lutzenkirchen scored 21 goals and had 38 assists as a high school senior in Marietta, Ga., last season.
