As if Alabama freshman Levi Randolph didn’t see enough of Jimmy Dykes, the two will be reunited tomorrow in Coleman Coliseum.
They met Thursday when Randolph dove into the ESPN announcer’s table during the 79-68 Alabama win. Dykes ended up flat on his back when the loose ball drew Randolph into his lap.

Alabama junior Andrew Steele said the team got a good laugh after making sure both came out unscathed.
“I’m pretty sure they got a little bit closer than either one would have liked,” Steele said after laughing at the question. “Those kind of plays, I think, energize you. You see somebody playing so hard, it’s contagious and it rubs off on everybody else.”
It wasn’t all smiles at first.
“We were kinda scared at first because it looked kinda bad seeing it happen in live action,” Steele said. “But he popped right up and we laughed about it in the end.”
Dykes and Brad Nessler will be the two ESPN announcers calling Alabama’s 5 p.m. Saturday game with Mississippi State.
