Report: Lawyers say McClain charge won’t hold

Seth Burkett of The Decatur Daily has written an excellent followup for today’s editions about Rolando McClain‘s arrest. Here is a taste:

A charge brought against Rolando McClain by Decatur police for writing “(expletive) y’all” on a ticket probably won’t hold up in court, local attorneys told The Daily on Wednesday.

The Oakland Raider’s arrest for not putting his name on the ticket, however, was justified, they said.

McClain, 23, a Decatur native, was pulled over on Corsbie Street Southeast on Tuesday for having window tint that was too dark.
