After the BCS National Championship Game, as Alabama celebrated on the field, I tried my darndest to find Decatur High graduate Levi Cook to get video of him celebrating. No such luck.
However, Wade Hickam, a family friend of Cook’s parents, managed to shoot video of Cook after he came up in the stands. I appreciate Wade for sharing this clip.
If you remember, Cook was the subject of one of the blog’s most popular stories last week while the team was in South Florida. Click here to read the story.
At the start of the video, you’ll see Levi with his parents, Gil and Jill Cook — three of the best people you’ll meet. Gil then takes the camera to shoot Levi with Wade and his family.
