TUSCALOOSA, Alabama — Tennessee missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer, sealing Alabama’s 68-65 win over the Vols on Saturday afternoon.
Trevor Lacey and Trevor Releford each had 15 points for the Crimson Tide. Releford scored all of hits points in the second half. Releford scored all of his points in the second half, including two foul shots with 7.5 seconds left to put Alabama up by three.
Levi Randolph added 12 points and a team-high six rebounds for Alabama (9-6, 1-1 SEC). Andrew Steele added 11 points off the bench.
The game drew an announced attendance of 12,093.
